Latest Update Regarding Corona Virus in Indonesia (11 December 2020)

The curve of COVID-19 cases in the country until Thursday, December 10, 2020, still shows an increase. Although, the number of daily cases recovered also continues to show an increase.

Data from the COVID-19 Handling Task Force noted that the daily cases recovered per day increased by 4,530 people. Thus, the temporary total of patients recovering from COVID-19 so far has reached 491,975. Meanwhile, the number of daily positive cases per day has increased by 6,033 cases, bringing the total to 598,933 cases.
Then, for cases of COVID-19 patients who died, as of today it has increased by 165 people. With this addition, the total provisional number of patients who died was 18,336 people. In addition, up to now, all the suspected cases monitored by the government are 66,463 people. Then, the number of additional daily cases obtained from the results of tracing through examination was 31,984 specimens.
The specimens were known to be traced using the real time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method and molecular rapid test (TCM).
