PT Setiawan Dwi Tunggal officially started the construction or ground breaking of The Parc SouthCity apartment, in Pondok Cabe, South Jakarta, Thursday (19/9/2019).
In fact, the groundbreaking had already been carried out following the construction of the building foundation last July by PT Indonesia Pondasi Raya (Indopora) Tbk. SouthCity Director Peony Tang targets the completion of The Parc construction in the fourth quarter of 2022.
“We want to show our commitment to be able to carry out the handover process to consumers according to plan” Peony told Warta Ekonomi in a written statement, Jakarta, Thursday (19/9/2019).
Peony added that The Parc will develop 3 towers with a height of 13 floors and include 1,701 apartment units. This apartment is designed to accommodate the needs of millennials and young executives. This is indicated by the payment method in installments, namely Rp. 1.5 million per month without a receipt or booking fee during the ground breaking period. In addition, the design concept is also adapted to the millennial lifestyle, namely co-living, or the lifestyle together.
“This co-living concept will be a breath of fresh air for the trend of property growth in Indonesia, especially in Jabodetabek,” said Peony.
Since being marketed in June 2018, The Parc has sold around 75 percent of the total 391 units for the first tower, Summer Tower. There are 3 types, Studio (22.55 square meters), 1 Bedroom (30.06-37.49 square meters) and 2 Bedroom (46.60 square meters) with a benchmark price of IDR 375 million to IDR 731 million. To note, The Parc is part of the development of SouthCity covering an area of 57 hectares. To make sure that plan is well executed, PT Setiawan Dwi Tunggal has invested an investment of IDR 1 trillion.
