Latest Update Regarding Corona Virus in Indonesia (2 July 2021)

Currently the addition of daily positive cases of COVID-19 in Indonesia is drastically high.

From the corona update data, today 24,836 new cases were found, bringing the total to 2,203,108 cases in the country. Currently, Covid-19 cases are spread in 510 districts/cities in 34 provinces. The number of case findings today is the result of tracing through the examination of 155,191 specimens carried out using the real time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and rapid molecular test (TCM) methods.

In addition, today 9,874 people recovered from Covid-19 were reported. So that a total of 1,890,287 people has been declared cured. Meanwhile, the number who died again increased by 504 bringing the total to 58,995 people. The number of suspected Covid-19 cases is now 131,329 people and active cases are 253,826 people.

In Indonesia, half of patients (data up to July 1, 2021) are male. (male: 49.55%, female: 50.45%, unannounced 0.00%)
