Latest Update Regarding Corona Virus in Indonesia (29 January 2021)

As of today, Thursday (28/1), Indonesia has recorded an additional 13,695 positive cases of corona.

On the other hand, the number of recovered patients increased by 10,792 people. Thus, there have been 842,122 cases of cumulative recovered corona cases.

Meanwhile, the number of deaths due to COVID-19 is still increasing, namely 476 people a day. And in total, the patient died has now reached 29,331 people. The addition of cases today was obtained from examining 87,280 specimens. Meanwhile, there were 82,676 suspected cases still being observed.

Since the beginning of January 2021, corona cases in Indonesia have continued to show an increase, from 6 thousand, 10 thousand, to reaching a record high of 14,224 cases on January 16. Indonesia listed itself as the first Southeast Asian country to have 1 million positive cases of COVID-19.
