Latest Update Regarding Corona Virus in Indonesia (30 July 2021)

The number of new cases of corona patients in Jakarta continues to decrease drastically.

Based on the update of corona data in Jakarta on Thursday (29/7), the number of new corona positive patients in Jakarta was 3,845 people, a decrease when compared to the additional corona cases in Jakarta on Wednesday (28/7) as many as 5,525 cases. Meanwhile, on the same occasion, the Ministry of Health also updated 11,425 corona patients in Jakarta who were declared cured on Thursday (29/7), an increase compared to 11040 corona patients in Jakarta who recovered on Wednesday (28/7).

The Ministry of Health also said that the number of corona patients in Jakarta who died had also decreased. On Thursday (29/7) the Ministry of Health recorded 27 corona patients in Jakarta who have died, similar to the 27 deaths in Jakarta on Wednesday (28/7).

The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government recommends that to carry out corona vaccinations in Jakarta, residents can go directly to the vaccination sites. However, to speed up the corona vaccination process in Jakarta, residents are advised to register online through the JAKI application or the corona.jakarta.go.id/vaccination website. By registering for the corona vaccination in Jakarta online, residents can choose the time and place of vaccination themselves, as well as being able to partake in pre-screen online tests.
