Construction begins, The Parc is targeting the handover on the second semester of 2023
PT Setiawan Dwi Tunggal, the developer of the SouthCity area in Pondok Cabe, South Tangerang, has started the construction of The Parc apartment which is targeted to be handed over to buyers in the second semester of 2023.
“We have appointed Indopora (PT Indonesia Pondasi Raya Tbk) to complete the foundation work for this 13-story apartment,” said Director of PT Setiawan Dwi Tunggal, Peony Tang at SouthCity, South Tangerang, Thursday.
The co-living concept housing that is trending abroad since it was marketed in June 2018 has sold 75 percent of the total 391 residential units in the first tower, explained Peony.
“We are targeting units of the first tower to be sold out in 2019, following the marketing of the second tower,” added Peony.
Apartments that target the millennial market share various conveniences in payment. In addition to down payments that can be paid in installments, the installments are also very affordable, starting at IDR 1.5 million per month, said Peony.
Peony is optimistic that with the construction of The Parc apartment, the economic activity in Pondok Cabe will move again and become the target of investors in investing.
This can be seen from the initiation of various infrastructure developments initiated by the government, especially in the South Jakarta area.
Some of them are the construction of the Depok-Antasari toll road through the Andara and Brigif toll gates and the Cinere-Jagorawi toll road through the Cinere toll gate, as well as the construction of the Fatmawati and Lebak Bulus MRT lines.
“Pondok Cabe is now increasingly being considered an area with a very fast growing economy,” said Peony.
SouthCity Associate Director Stevie Faverius Jaya said that the construction of The Parc requires an investment of up to IDR 1 trillion with prices starting at IDR 375 million.
