SouthCity Square Groundbreaking
As a development of the SouthCity area, PT Setiawan Dwi Tunggal is presenting its newest project, SouthCity Square, to meet market demand for commercial areas with favorable prospects.
Planning & Design Manager of PT Setiawan Dwi Tunggal, Hendra Wijaya, said that SouthCity itself is a residential area with a land area of 55 hectares, with a very strategic location because it is located between three different areas, South Jakarta, Cinere and Pondok Cabe.
“With such an area, SouthCity prepared the land for residential, retail, commercial and hotel developments,” said Hendra, in a press release, Thursday, May 18 2017.
To meet consumer needs, said Hendra, his party is presenting SouthCity Square which is a commercial shop complex with the concept of a complete culinary area.
“This commercial area will be equipped with various kinds of restaurants, bars and coffee shops, so that it can become a comfortable meet up area,” he explained.
Hendra revealed, SouthCity Square presents a design with the nuances of a boutique shop shop, plus a glass façade and tropical scenery around it.
“We also equip SouthCity Square with a basement parking area that has direct access to each shop. Thus, these facilities can facilitate and maximize the parking area in front of the shop houses, “he explained.
SouthCity Square itself, continued Hendra, has four types of shop houses that have been marketed to consumers. “For the first stage, 20 units have been marketed and all of them have been sold out,” he added.
In the near future, said Hendra, SouthCity Square will begin building the second phase of 24 shophouses.
“This shophouse will be marketed starting July 2017 with a special cashback promo of IDR 50 million. Then, the next project will be followed by the third phase with the construction of 30 units in early 2018, “he concluded.
