Topping Off Held & Handover of SouthCity Square Done in 2019

JAKARTA – PT Setiawan Dwi Tunggal (SDT) promised the handover of SouthCity Square in mid-2019. The commercial property of a shop house (ruko) in the South Tangerang area has just completed topping off, Thursday (9/8).

“We are grateful that since its launch in July 2017, the first phase of SouthCity Square has been sold out, while the second stage has sold 38%,” said Stevie Faverius Jaya, sales & marketing associate director of SouthCity, in a press release in Jakarta, Thursday (9/8).

The first phase, he added, consists of 18 units, while the second stage consists of 26 units, with 10 units being sold. In the future, SouthCity Square will total 74 units of food and beverage (F&B) boutique shops with a land area of ​​17,000 square meters (m2). The three-story building plus one rubanah has different types with different face widths, ranging from 5.5m, 8.2m, 9.7m to 11.85m. All of them have the same length of 17.5m. “Prices range from Rp. 4 billion to Rp. 11 billion per unit,” said Stevie.

SouthCity Square is a retail and commercial area part of the SouthCity area which occupies a total area of ​​55 hectares (ha) in Pondok Cabe, South Tangerang, Banten. In the future, Fortunia Residences landed house housing, apartment housing, retail, commercial, shopping centers, offices and hotels will be built.

Some of the accesses to this project area include the Lebak Bulus and Fatmawati MRT stations. Then, the Depok-Antasari Toll road goes through the Andara and Brigif toll gates and the Cinere-Jagorawi toll road through the Cinere Toll Gate.

According to Stevie, the factors of location and ease of access are the advantages of SouthCity Square. These two factors are taken into account by buyers and tenants of the unit.

“We are very aware of this, so we prove our commitment by first building infrastructure, namely public roads in the area and also bridges that open direct access from the Pondok Cabe area to Cinere,” he said.

Meanwhile, added Stevie, in 2019, SDT launched the The Parc apartment project. This vertical residence carries the concept of Coliving, which is a modern way of life that emphasizes comfort, togetherness and beauty.

“The Parc, which will be built on an area of ​​1 hectare, consists of 3 types of units, namely the Studio type, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom type,” he explained.

The area of ​​the apartment units ranges from 22.55-45.10 m2. The apartment is priced starting at Rp. 300 million per unit. (ed)
